I have been accused of focusing on one thing at a time to the exclusion of all other things. In this state of mind, I hear nothing, see nothing, and know nothing, in the Sergeant Schultz and Colonel Klink manner. However, if the above observation by F. Scott Fitzgerald is accurate, I will have to let my thoughts fly free and take in at least two things at a time. Zack, my daughter's well fed dog, seems to agree, and he should know, judging by the way he pleases everyone in her household.
